You agree that the use of AlgoForexMoney services is at your sole risk. There is no warranty for software downloaded from the website to the extent permitted by applicable law. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the software is with you.

REFUND POLICY: WE OFFER NO REFUND

We offer no refund. There are no refunds for the products purchased with AlgoForexMoney. All sales are final.

Please note that users who filed a chargeback/dispute request or a claim are not eligible for a refund.

Refunds or account credits will not be issued in situations as follows:

• You have changed your mind about using our product and service
• You purchased our product/services by mistake
• You do not have sufficient expertise to use our system
• You experience dissatisfaction with our system after the purchase

Algos are activated and sent to you, which cannot be deactivated. Although our products a very cheap, with a minimum of $1000 capital our product’s price can be recovered within 1 or 2 months.

REFUND POLICY: FOR CHALLENGE PASSING SERVICE ONLY

• We offer a 100% refund if we fail the challenge.
• We do not refund if we pass the challenge but the prop firm did not proceed further to the live account. This will be an issue from prop firms and not from us.
• We do not refund if you have changed your mind about using our product and service
• We do not refund for any other reason apart from failing the challenge.

YOUR CHALLENGE PHASES WILL BE ADDED TO MYFXBOOK

By default, we will add your Phase 1 and Phase 2 challenge demo accounts to our Myfxbook track records. MT4 numbers will be hidden. You can request to delete the track record if you want. 

SOFTWARE REQUIREMENT

AlgoForex EAs need MetaTrader 4 application. Every forex broker has either MetaTrader 4 or 5. Before purchasing please confirm whether your broker provides the MT4 application or not.

The EA/Robot cannot be run from mobile phones or tablets. Our software requires a personal computer, laptop, or a VPS running the Windows operating system. By purchasing you are acknowledging you have one of these to use the software.
